The end of the exam week is here and what better way than to then jump out of all the frustration? Now you get the chance to work out without a sweaty gym!
What: Jump strength
Why: Get the anger or frustration out after the exam (or just to exercise!)
When: Friday 5/6, 15:30-17:30
Where: motionshallen, kårhuset
How: Jump with your legs
Bring: Water
What you want to be involved in, you choose yourself what you want to do and you do the exercise at your own speed. If you want to take a break, it's all right! If you drive everything in, 110% we can guarantee training pain!
PS. If we are lucky, it will be core strength afterwards! DS.
