Good evening!

This Friday we will play a sport called “multiball” in order to hopefully suit everyone with something. For those of you who have not heard the expression before, it’s a combination of different sports where two teams play against each other but the sports and also the number of players vary in each round. Fast workout (with a risk for some confusion), but with a lot of fun! Everyone is welcome, beginners as well as experienced.

Afterwards the pool and sauna are ready as usual :)

For those of you who want to go together to Motionshallen, we leave Hubben at 15:15. Otherwise 15:30 directly in the hall.
