Valtech's talent program is a fantastic opportunity for you who want to start working with digital solutions from a technical perspective. Admission to the talent program also means that your are employed at Valtech and have a salary from day one. By attending the program, you build a solid foundation that creates a natural bridge between studies and working life. If you have yet to do your thesis, you are welcome to do it with us. We help you find interesting areas, formulate questions and provide you with a supervisor.

The talent program is located in our office in Stockholm, is 3 months (13 weeks) long and consists of training combined with project work. During the training, you go from lab assignments to code that is "for real". You also have time to go through all the phases of a project before it is time to meet your first client, at the same time as you are employed and have full pay.

Again, the spring program starts on February 7th. We have a limited number of open positions and conduct interviews on an ongoing basis. Apply now so you don't see your place go to someone else!
