Hi hey hello!

Tomorrow, Friday we will be playing multiball. It’s a fun mix with lots of different sports, so you need to be on your toes because you never know what the referee is gonna shout next. So tie your shoes and charge your throwing arm to prepare for friday!

Nowadays we always have access to the changing rooms, the pool and the sauna is open afterwards for those who want.

We will start at 15:30 in motionshallen, otherwise we will walk from Hubben 15:15 together.

How?
Listen to the referee and be good at everything

Why?
To force the referee to train his voice a bit.

What to bring?
Clothes for inside use and shoes, a water bottle is recomennded. If you want you can bring your own floorball stick.
