For the third year in a row, FOI organizes the cyber security competition Crate-CTF, where clever tasks lead you to hidden flags. Compete individually or gather your friends to solve the tasks together - if you are interested in cyber security, we dare to guarantee that you will have a fun afternoon.
A CTF (Capture the Flag) is a competitive exercise format where participants are given tasks in cyber security and management of IT systems to be solved within a certain time. In Crate-CTF we challenge both beginners and advanced competitors. The data is divided into the categories Exploitation, Cryptography, Reversal, Forensics and Web. You compete individually or in a group. All that is needed is a computer with an internet connection - and a good dose of ingenuity and problem-solving skills. Can you find all the flags? Challenge yourself, your friends or other sections and universities!
Read more at www.foi.se/crate-ctf or go directly to the CTF platform ctf.crate.foi.se to register. It is free to participate. As mentioned, you use your own computer and internet connection.
