Language

The primary language of the IT student division is Swedish, and as such the student division meeting and relevant documents will primarily be in Swedish as well. If you have any questions, feel free to send them to styrit@chalmers.it.

Time and place

The student division meeting will be held on Thursday the 7th of December 17:31 in HC4.

Food signup

As a division member, you can have free food before the meeting by signing up before Sunday the 3rd of December 23:59. Food will be served outside the meeting hall during a break (around 19:00). The signup form can be found at https://forms.gle/mhB6G4Y869L8rDwG8.

Do you think something about the student division should change? Write a motion about it and present it at the meeting! Motions need to be sent to styrIT (styrit@chalmers.it) seven study days before the meeting at the very latest (2023-11-28). If you want help with wording or have any questions, feel free to contact styrIT at styrit@chalmers.it.

Dont forget to use #motioner on Slack, where you can ask questions and discuss motions before the meeting.

Meeting guidelines

We in MötespresidIT, as well as styrIT will try to be as pedagogical as possible about what is happening during the meeting. However there could be something we miss, and in the end it is the responsibility of each student division member to know how a meeting works.
