Spooktober is long gone but frightening-friday is back (never been a thing but I'll gaslight you it has been)! We start with a little killerball and then quickly move on to classic and legendary dodgeball. Do you want to sweat a little before the gasque sitting to get an authentic Shrek smell or do you just want to throw balls at the mean technologist? Then come this Friday at 15:31 in the gym and try your skills.
