Let's redefine the future of mobility together!

MEDIT is a mentorship program at Chalmers that runs from October 2023 to May 2024. It is for students who are in years 2-5 of electrical engineering, biomedical engineering or software engineering (300 credits). Students are matched with mentors who are working engineers, researchers or PhD students.

The mentorship consists of four joint meetings. There you, your mentor and everyone else who is part of MEDIT will meet together. Between meetings, you and your mentor can see each other as often as you like. The meetings can be physical, or you can meet digitally - it's all up to you and your mentor. It is important that you as a student take initiative and responsibility, so you get as much as possible out of the mentorship.

Seize the opportunity! By having a mentor, you can gain insights into what it's like to work as an engineer, what the labor market in different sectors looks like and tips for getting your first job. Or why not get guidance on what it's like to do a PhD?

From July 20th to July 23rd, Team Infinity is organizing a free event with a focus on AI for students. Students from all over Sweden will gather for a weekend to create simple computer games. Team Infinity aims to promote engineering through creative and fun game development. In our game jam, we will allow participants to use AI bots, such as ChatGPT, to assist in programming the games. This is done to lower the threshold and enable all types of engineering students to participate.

How does the weekend unfold?

The event will take place at a venue on the Chalmers campus in Gothenburg, Sweden, where there will also be sleeping facilities available. The competition will run from Friday to Sunday, with check-in on Thursday evening. We will provide drinks and snacks, and together, we will have a really fun weekend!

Accenture's Winter Internship program offers an opportunity for soon-to-be graduates with a passion for IT to kick-start their consulting career by providing real-life experience and insight into the work as a consultant.
