Time and place

17:31 on Tuesday the 11th of May, this study period's student division meeting will be held on Zoom. Discussions will be held in the channel #sektionsmöte on the CTHIT slack workspace.

Most of the documents for the meeting are avaliable below through various links which will be updated if needed.

To lessen the administrative burden on styrIT, this student division meeting will use registration. The same day as the meeting, a link to the meeting will be sent to the email you provided in the form. We will also use a waiting room for the meeting to ensure that only people eligible to attend are let in.

This will be our division's first student division meeting that is performed soley using Zoom. Since having a digital and a physical meeting is quite different we in styrIT have created a document with guidelines meant to make the meeting go more smoothly. These can be found below:

Food although a digital meeting

As Zoom does not have built in support for food delivery we have to change how we usually do things. At one point during the meeting, we will instead look who is in attendance at that point; all of those will recieve a food allowance sometime after the student division meeting.
