The Aspning will soon start! This means that the election periods for various committees and associations will begin and you will have the opportunity to "test" how workload och task of each committe. Later, there will be an election at the student division meeting or the respective association's annual meeting.

In order to clear up as many uncertainties and ambiguities as possible, we in ValleB, in collaboration with the rest of the associations / committees at IT, are setting up an Engagement Fair. :D

To lessen the administrative burden on styrIT, this student division meeting will use registration. The same day as the meeting, a link to the meeting will be sent to the email you provided in the form. Language

The primary language of the IT student division is Swedish and as such the student division meeting and relevant documents will primarily be in Swedish as well. If you have any questions feel free to send them our way at styrit@chalmers.it.

Time and place

The student division meeting will be held on Tuesday the 11th of May 17:30 in Zoom.

In order to attend you will need to register. Instructions for this will be provided with the registration link when the meeting documents are published.

Since zoom as a platform don't provide the same prerequisites as a physical meeting, we in styrIT has developed a set of guidelines so that the meeting can go as smoothly as possible. The documents can be found below, they are written in Swedish.

Since zoom as a platform don't provide the same prerequisites as a physical meeting we in styrIT has developed a set of guidelines so that the meeting can go as smoothly as possible. The documents can be found below, they are written in Swedish.

We in styrIT as well as the speaker for the student division meeting will try to be as pedagogical as possible about what is happening during the meeting. However, it could be that we miss something and in the end it is the responsibility of each student division member to know how a meeting works.

The rules of a student division meeting can be found in the link, from page five and forward. If something is unclear just ask, and we will do our best to answer.

Contents of the meeting

Time and place

17:30 on Thursday the 8th of October this study periods student division meeting will be held on Zoom. Discussions will be held in the channel #sektionsmöte on the CTHIT slack workspace.

Food although a digital meeting

As Zoom does not have built in support for food delivery we have to change how we usually do things. At one point during the meeting, we will instead look who is in attendance at that point; all of those will recieve a food allowance sometime after the student division meeting.

Hello everyone! Now this Friday we in frITid 19/20 will arrange our last event and will be playing brännboll at the Mossen’s football field. If it ends up being occupied when we arrive we will instead play various summer games/sports behind Emilsborg. Bring food/beverages if you feel like it! Everyone is welcome and no application required.

We will leave hubben at 15:15 if you wish to accompany us to Mossen’s football field. If you want to go there directly LP will be there att the same time we leave from hubben.

Now on friday we are going to try something new. We will hike along a part of Bohusleden. We will start at Stensjön and hike all the way Skatås. It is roughly 8 km. The trail can be found in the link below.

We have no plans to serve any food along the trail so eat something before leavingn as this will end later than usual. It can be a good thing to bring a water bottle and a snack for the road. There are toilets and and places to fill your water bottles along the trail.

We will leave Hubben at 16:00 and aim to take bus 753 from Korsvägen 16:21 to Gunnebo Park.

If you show any symptoms of covid-19 you should stay home and rest up, no matter how amazing this event may seem.

Har you ever wanted to feel like Lara Croft where you shoot down your enemies with your bow and arrow one after another? Well now is your chance as frITid and iDrott has put up a challenge for whom is the best as Combat Archery. We will have a tornament where teams of 3 will battle each other for first place. The teams will be created on the spot and we host will fill out any teams missing member. The winner, beyond simply gaining eternal honor, will receive an easter egg with candy.

Free food will be served to all participants slightly after 18.

Because of Covid-19 we would appreciate it if you could register quickly so that we can change the number of booked spots a week in advance.

Now it’s time for the most anticipated event of the year! Bounce! Two hours of pure fun! For you who don’t know, it’s a hole hall full of trampolines parkour courses and other fun things. We will have a limited application where we take up to 18 people. So don’t hesitate if you want to go!
