Hello everyone!

This Thursday (20/5 at 17.01) we will take to the tracks at Skatås Motionscentrum to get our hearts pumping and to get a taste of what nature has to offer. We will run and walk in smaller groups divided by tempo and distance in order for everybody to find a comfortable intensity level. According to most forecasts right now, the weather will be clear and not too warm, i.e. the perfect weather for running! Application is done by the form down below and the ones who sign up will receive more information before the event.

Pro tip: Don't forget a water bottle!
