Good evening!

Now it's time for a Friday where we go back to primary school. Pea bags, foamballs and cones are on the schedule and we look forward to a lot of fun in the hall! A fun workout that allows us to be children for real for a few hours. After the activity, it will be the sauna in the usual order. After the activity, the sauna is ready.

For those of you who want to go together to Motionshallen, we will meet outside Hubben at 15:15. Otherwise 15:30 directly in the hall.
