Come and exercise and play volleyball with frITid!

This Friday we'll start off with some core exercise, to later on play some volleyball!
All training will be according to your own requirements and you do as much as you want and can.
As usual we will be in the Student Union building.
Afterwards there is also the possibility of bath & sauna for those who want to. (If the renovation of the pool is completed)
