Are you excited to try what it's like to study abroad, or are you just looking for an awesome experience this summer? : D

BEST (Board of European Students of Technology) is a society at Chalmers that organizes summer courses that might be of interest for you. The courses are organized by other BEST local groups around Europe (but you do not have to be a member to apply!), and they are basically a combination between reception and exchange studies, but compressed into 1-2 weeks. During the day you have academic activities, afterwards you discover the city or do other fun stuff, and in the evening you will meet with the local students organizing the event plus the 21 other students from around Europe who are on the course. ;)

Overall, you have at least 51 courses in 20 different countries to choose from (and you do not have to choose courses within your area).

More practicals: All Chalmers students can apply, and if you are accepted, you will have to decide if you want to go or not by the end of March. It is free to apply, but if you are accepted and decide to go, you have to pay a small fee of max 500 SEK, and for that amount, you get accommodation, food and all activities during the stay abroad. In other words, it's cheap. : D
