On Wednesday (21/10) it’s time for another game night which means that it’s time to sign up. Just like previous game nights this study period, you need to be a member in order to sign up and attend the game night. There will be an opportunity for drop in if it’s not already full but then you can’t expect to get food. Spot confirmation will be sent out on Tuesday night.

TLDR:
On Wednesday it is game night, sign up.

On Wednesday (7/10) it’s time for another game night which means it’s time to sign up. It will be a bit different from last time: we have decided to hold it in Hubben if up to 30 people sign up (otherwise in m-building) and there will be a drop in if it’s not full already. Since we adapt food and place to the amount of people who sign up, you can’t expect there to be a spot and food for you if you drop in. To sign up and go to the game night you have to be a member of DrawIT (link further down). Place confirmation will be sent out on Tuesday night.

On Wednesday we will have our first game night apart from the one during the reception. As we wrote in our information post, we will open a little softer with a game night every other week and with a sign up form.

Game Nights Study Period 1

Hello

Due to the current circumstances with COVID-19, we at DrawIT have decided to only host game nights every other week during study period 1. These gamenights will take place in ML11 and ML13. The first game night will be on Wednesday study week 4 (23/9).

To attend these game nights, it is required that you sign up on the sign up forms that will be posted for each game night. The sign up forms will be posted in #news and #drawit in Slack and also on our Facebook page. There will be 40 spots, which means that if more than 40 people sign up, it will be randomly chosen who gets to attend and those who don’t get a spot will have priority the next time they sign up for a game night. If less than 20 people sign up for a game night, it will be held in Hubben instead of ML11 and ML13.
