Now the time has come the the LaggIT aspning!
So what is LaggIT? LaggIT is a LAN and E-sports association. We organize a few LAN´s every year and has recently also started to arrange Esports tournaments. The last of which was our CM in Counter-Strike which has more than 100 participants.
On tuesday we will meet up via discord and talk to you how it is to be apart of LaggIT. After that there will also be opportunity to play games with us! The Information will start at 17:30 and the games will start when that is done. We will go on until 20:00 but there is a large possibility that some LaggIT people will want to go on later if the interest is there.

Now this spring LaggIT will be arranging the Chalmers Championships in Counter-Strike!
The tournament will run between the 23rd of march and the 3rd of april.
All are welcome to register a team for the tournament no matter your skill level. The only requirement is that at least three of the members are chalmers students.
First price will be five tickets to Dreamhacks summer LAN with a value of 5000 sek!
Many of the matches will be streamed on Twitch with live casters. Here is our twitch channel:

All games will be played online, meaning there will be no need for you to haul around your PC rig in the rain. To prohibit cheating there will be the requirement for all participants to install anti cheat software. The participants will also have to record demos after every game that they send in to us after a finished game.
All the matches will be single elimination, meaning there will be no need to play many playoff matches. In the beginning it will be best of one and towards the end it will be best of three.

Hello everyone! Soon the time has come for the mottagning and we of course want Hubben to be as nice and clean as possible. Because of this we in P.R.I.T. will organize a cleaning day now this friday. We will serve lunch for everyone who helps with the cleaning. This is if you help us for more than four hours. This friday we have something special in mind as we will be going to the klätterlabb here on campus! We will mainly be doing so called bouldering which is climbing on shorter courses without ropes. There will also be rope climbing on longer courses but for this you need a so called green card and your own climbing equipment. There are courses at many different difficulty levels so if you’ve never climbed before it won’t be a problem. We will pay for the entry fee and there will be climbing shoes available for borrowing for 40 kr if you don’t have your own. Now the time has come for strobe ball! For you who don’t know it is like dodgeball but you play it in the dark with a strobe, which is a blinking lamp. It’s super fun! We will be in the student union buildings exercise hall now this thursday (02/05) and will start at 21:00 and keep going to around 23. No application so you can just show up and play.
Now it’s time for the Chalmers Championships in mil! Here you will run a scandinavian mile(10 km) and test yourself against other participants. The three best from womens and mens class respectively will receive a medal. The race will take place on may the 11th between 13:00 and 16:00 and will be at the skatås Motionscentrum. You will also receive a scarf, a sports drink before the race and a kexchoklad(candybar) at the finish line. We in frITid of course want as many as possible to participate so we are ready to pay for the participation fee for a given number of players. First come first served so don’t hesitate to apply if you want to participate. Last application date is the 1st of may.

Now this wednesday the time has come for winevolley! Winevolley is a old aspiration tradition in many other student division and it has now become time for frITid to test out this favorit! The event is, as the name suggests, an evening with volleyball and wine. The rules are simple, but not to spoil the surprise we will hold on these for later. If you don’t like wine it is completely fine to bring any other beverage. It will take place at the excersice hall in the Chalmers union building and will be held between 20:15 and 23:00 wednesday next week (17/04). There is no form so you can just show up and have fun! It is BYOB but judging from the rumors there might be homebrewed wine to taste.

On tuesday 16th of April PritonZ (P.R.I.T. & DaltonZ) will arrange DaltIT.
Great company, fun games and awesome food (Hamburgers and Waffles) will make DaltIT an event you don't want to miss.

Now it’s time for the most anticipated event of the year! Bounce! Two hours of pure fun! For you who don’t know, it’s a hole hall full of trampolines parkour courses and other fun things. We will have a limited application were we take up to 19 people. So don’t hesitate if you want to go! We will walk from the hub at around 17:00. Hello! Now it’s is time for the best aspiration-period since the dawn of time! It is frITid and FanbäreIT on the menu and we are starting of with a joined asp-kickoff now next tuesday from 17:01. We will have one presentation each so you can get a better picture of what it means to be active in our committees. Afterwards we will have a question session and then we will end it with a beerpong tournament with BYOB!

Now it’s time for the Chalmers Championships in table tennis and it's arranged by us in frITid!
The tournament will be held in Ex-huset at Parkgatan 35 very close to Heden bus station. We will start at 09:00 AM. It will be a single tournament using a Monad system where you will always meet opponents with the same number of victories as yourself. This way everyone will compete against people at their own level and play roughly the same number of games. Towards the end we will also have a small playoff between the best players to determine a winner!
If you get hungry these is a small take away restaurant and a supermarket nearby.
