We in styrIT and the speaker of the student division meeting will try to be as pedagogical as possible with what happens during the meeting, but it's possible that we might miss something and in the end it's up to each section member to know what applies to a student division meeting.

Therefore, there is a manual to student division meetings, which we recommend that you read. Rules for the student division meeting can also be read, and are determined, in the regulations, at page five and forward. If anything still is unclear during the student division meeting, it's of course okay to raise your hand and ask.

You are hereby invited to the Chalmers Software Engineering (IT) student division anniversary dinner to celebrate IT's 20th anniversary. The dinner will take place on the 21st of May at Auktionsverkets kulturarena, a more exact time will come later. Registration for the dinner is not first-come, first-served, but the spots are randomized. The last day to respond is April 1st. More information if you have received a spot, an iZettle payment link, and more detailed information about the evening will be sent out by email a little closer to the dinner. The purpose of the dinner is to celebrate the student division, but also to strengthen the contact between alumni and students. Therefore, the goal is for there to be a 1:1 relationship between students and alumni. The plan is for everyone to find out if they got a spot or not on the 3rd of April.

We will try to send letter invitations to everyone, but feel free to help us spread it to your current or old fellow students!

Hello!! Two cool but poorly known groups that will be elected for in the student division meeting LP1 are The bachelor dinner group and the * Anniversary Dinner *. These two groups have similar goals, to hold a nice fancy dinner.

On Tuesday lunch next week, LP(Bachelor Dinner group) and Vidde(Bachelor Dinner group / Anniversary Dinner group) will have a Question and Cookie session in Hubben 2.1.

Bachelor dinners
Organizes an fancy dinner for the student who that is now finishing its candidate. Due to Corona, there were no dinners for IT17 or IT18 so there is room to arrange more than just one bachelor dinner or to have several groups planning bachelor dinners in paralell.

Anniversary dinners
Every 3 years, an alumni dinner is arranged where students and alumni of the Software student division are all invited to a large fancy dinner. Now this would have been appropriate for IT's 20th anniversary last spring, however due to Corona, it unfortunately come to be and the previous yearfs group only have a plan to show for their work.

Studybuddies, burn your mathbooks and join P.R.I.T. for the annual October feast with the theme Bad Study Enviroment. The event will be hosted in Hubben 2.1, Hörsalsvägen 9, Saturday October 16th at 17:01. Bring ID and proof of student union membership.

Tickets will cost 60 kr and be sold from Monday October 12th on chalmers.it and Facebook.

December the 17'th SnIT and will hold the long awaited study breakfast! Take the chance to take a break from your studying and dig into some delicious sandwiches, then take some refreshing juice or uplifting coffee! Nothing gives more energy for your studies then our amazing study breakfast. There is something for everyone here! Do not miss it!
