Next week, the aspiration of styrIT will keep going! To not miss anything, and for you to know what events you might be most interested in, we give you our schedule of all events.

30/4 18:00, E-studion, Info- and Jeopardynight
We in styrIT will show what we do, what our different titles mean and what we have done. We will also play some Jeopardy with a Chalmers theme.

31/4, (time and place TBD) snIT/SAMO/EqualIT Case evening
Our own SAMO (Norris) along with snIT and EqualIT will have a case evening together. If you are interested in the title of SAMO, this might be a good event for you.

3/4 13.00, Hubben, Student division meeting Supreme
Here you can hold the student division meeting yourself in a fun mini-format. Food will be served.

7/4 18.00, M1211, Aspiration-boardmeeting
We have an evening meeting once a week where we make decisions and discuss our work. Here you get the chance to take part in one of our meeting and get to share your opinion.

20/4, 18.00, Härryda, Sauna
We will go to Härryda together with all other kommittées who have aspirations at the same time. In addition to the sauna, you will get to meet tons of new people and discuss what the software engineering student division does. You may even stay the night over, food will be served!

21/4, Casenight
An evening where you and us may discuss some cases and other excercises. The goal is to give you a change to reflect on the work styrIT does and your eventual role in the board.

27/4, Workshop for the student division meeting
It’s through the student division meeting greater changes to the division can be made. This evening, we’ll help each other write motions to make the divison a better place. We will have som proposals, but we encourage you to think about things you’d like to change!

Hi everyone!
On the latest student divison meeting there was an election for the DatE-IT committee. All spots were not filled, which means you all get a new opportunity to apply!
DatE-IT is a collaboration between three student division(D, E, IT) and is a labor fair taking place during the autumn. The DatE-IT committee makes sure the fair takes place, and is as good as possible! A lot of the work regards to contact with company, making it a great opportunity to build your network for a summer internship or a 'proper' job after your exam.
The committee should consist of 9 people, and there is currently 5 spots filled(2 from E, 2 D, 1 IT). There is room for more IT representation! If you are interested or have any other questions, don't hesitate to contact us at styrit@chalmers.it. You may also apply via this form.

Tomorow’s student division meeting will be taking place in HB3, not HC1 as earlier announced.
We would also like to remind you that food will be served in Hubben at 17.00 for those who signed up.

It is soon time for FikIT’s, the IT division’s “fika” society to have it’s annual meeting and elect new board members.
On the 19th of April 18.01 it is time for our aspiring event(“aspning”). A bake-along and fika quiz is promised! This is a perfect opportunity to ask any questions you have about FikIT, or just to enjoy a fika.

One week later, the 26th of april, is the annual meeting. This is your opportunity to apply for the board or to get a say in FikIT’s future activities.

This Sunday is the Day of the Chocolate Muffin, and we in FikIT think this calls for celebration! Come to Hubben or The Cloud on Monday lunch and you will receive a free muffin.

Have a good fika!

The software engineering program(IT) has recently introduced a new account service called Gamma. If you already have an account with IT all you need to do is log in as usual and reset your password. If you do not yet have an account you can create a new . this is done at gamma.chalmers.it. An account is necessary to take part in the student division meeting starting Monday. The meeting will be held on VoteIT and more information about this can be found here.

Any problems, questions and feedback about Gamma can be given to digit at digit@chalmers.it or #digit in the slack!

At the end of the study period all clothes in the ’lost and found’ shelf and bin will be gotten rid off. Take a look in the hallway to make sure you have nothing forgotten before it’s too late!
