Meeting protocol in short

Motions and propositions

The meeting approved all motions and propositions with a few changes

• Extend fanbärerIT with one member
• Extend the profiling budget with 100kr
  -
• Also the extended budget for the committes with overalls or working pants was raised with 100kr
• Give styrIT mandate to order kitchen
• Give styrIT mandate to approve MRCIT budget and operating plan
• Add that snIT has a treasurer in the regulations
• Move election for MRCIT to LP2
• Approve the regulations in as a whole
• Approve statute as a whole

Revision

The internal revision looked good, and NollKIT 18, sexIT 18 and digIT 18/19 were responsibility exempt.

Operating plans

Operating plans and budgets were approved with small changes. Bigger changes are listed below.

  • Raise section development fund from 140 000 to 210 000kr.
  • Reduce armIT’s cost from 196 610kr to 115 110kr

This happened:

• New members of committees:
  • ArmIT and digIT has new members.
  • MRCIT is vacant.
  • P.R.I.T. and sexIT got a new member each.
• The motion regarding data controller (Personuppgiftsansvarig) got accepted.
• styrIT gave a message that they are working on getting a kitchen for the student division premises.
• styrIT asked the meeting on how much it should hold on to the rules of 90 SEK for each person for each day, regarding teambuildings, and the meeting was generally in favor of a less strict view.

Revision of the economy and data shoved no major faults.

The search for a new StyrIT and SnIT is coming up. It starts off with an information evening the 27th of March, which will be a joint kick off for both StyrIT and SnIT. Thereafter the following times is worth keeping in mind:

StyrIT:
30th of March - Dinner and discussion
3rd of April - Preparation for the Student Voice together with SnIT
7th of April - The prisoners at EDIT
11th of April - Budget and planning of the year's focus points
2nd of May - BBQ evening

SnIT:
2nd of April - Master and course choice mingle
3rd of April - Preparation for the Student Voice together with StyrT
8th of April - Case evening
11th of April - Study breakfast
6th of May - Hang out at JA

Summary of Student Division Meeting

New NollKIT, P.R.I.T. and sexIT was elected.

The following propositions was adopted:

• A few clarifications in the statute and regulations
• When committees has to hand in their accounting to the accountants
• Move the nomination committee to the meeting in study period 4

Revision of economy and data management was made and everything looks good or is about to be corrected.

• Erik Marberg from the Student Union has a few messages.
  • The student union have a few spots open for FUM.
  • There will be calculators present in the exam rooms now, but not sure how the logistics would work. So he encourages everyone to still bring their own just in case.
  • There is a registration for each course this year.
  • The union regularly sends surveys and he encourage everyone to answer them.
  • There is possible to ask for money before November 27th to arrange something.
• The DPOs present how they will work with GDPR.
• Project leader for the work fair Date-IT tells how to become a company host.
• Chairman of StyrIT talks about FuM and how anyone can run for candidate.
• Every committee presents their reports of activity since the last meeting.
• Proposition about changing the local policy is accepted.
• Proposition of changing the responsibilities for the DPOs is accepted.
• Motion of a new budget for ArmIT is accepted.
• Motion to clarify or change the mandate period for DigIT and ArmIT is accepted with a few changes.
• Motion to correct the statute about person authorized to sign for a firm is accepted.
• StyrIT, snIT, frITid and FanbärerIT will present their plans and budgets for their active year and are accepted
• New DPOd are elected, Vidar Magnusson, Karl Wikström, Leo Carlsson and William Levén.
• New accountants are to be appointed, Henry Yang and Agnes Mårdh.
• New members of the Nomination Committee are to be appointed, chairman Jacob Pedersen, and members Ludvig Ekman, Erik Jergéus and Farzad Besharat.
• New members to the Bachelor dinner Committee are to be appointed, Henry Yang, Eric Carlsson and Theodor Angergård.
