Following the new disposition contract, all students, no matter which student division they are part of, get access to all lunch rooms. This means anyone with a student union card will have access to Hubben between 7:45-15:15. Since multiple thefts have occurred in Hubben in a short period of time, we all have to consider whether an unknown person is actually allowed inside or sneaked in. If, for some reason, one wouldn't be comfortable confronting an unknown person, please ask another student to, in order to avoid more thefts.

Under sektionsmötet i LP1 kommer en ny revisor väljas in. Revisorerna har för uppgift att övervaka och granska sektionens ekonomi. De granskar föreningar, kommittéer och styrelsens bokföring varje kvartal och bistår med hjälp längst årets gång. StyrIT would like to inform you that The Chalmers Student Union has decided to ban all kinds of drinking games involving bottlecaps, such as “caps” and “keps”. The ban is valid for both campuses both indoors and outdoors. The decision has been taken based on that during recent years there have been multiple incidents where students have been endangered because of bottlecaps.

Cubsec will, during all circumstances, shut down parties where such drinking games are being played. If we students don’t follow these rules we are at risk of losing our facilities.

We hope you understand the situation and that we can solve this together as the student division of IT as smoothly as possible.

Vi tänkte påminna om NollKITs meddelande nedan. Mottagnings-arrangemang är till för nollan och phaddrar. Det är dessutom så att Hubben 2.1 endast tar 75 personer och då måste vi prioritera i förstahand nollan och sen de phaddrar som ställt upp under mottagningen.

Detta gäller självklart ikväll på FörFestU men även under resten av mottagnigen. Vänligen respektera detta så kommer allting bli roligt och lätt! Vi uppmuntrar självklart alla nollan och phaddrar som vill komma att komma.

We'd like to remind everyone of NollKITs post below. Arrangements targeted at freshmen are primarily for new students and "phaddrar". Our premises at Hubben 2.1 can only take 75 people and thus we have to prioritise the people directly involved in the student reception.
