Language

The primary language of the IT student division is Swedish, and as such the student division meeting and relevant documents will primarily be in Swedish as well. If you have any questions, feel free to send them to styrit@chalmers.it.

Food signup

As a division member, you can have free food before the meeting by signing up before Sunday 30th April 23:59. Food will be served in Hubben before the meeting at 17.01. The signup form can be found at https://forms.gle/UwzRwCs7tkmm8p1a8.

The student division meeting will be held on Thursday the 4th of May 17:31 in HC4.

A draft of the agenda will be published on chalmers.it at the latest of five days before the meeting together with the meeting documents. Below are some meeting points that will surely occur during the meeting.

Do you think something about the student division should change? Write a motion about it and present it at the meeting! Dont forget to use #motioner on Slack, where you can ask questions and discuss motions before the meeting.

On April 25th, it's time for a lunch lecture with Essity. Essity is a leading global company with a focus on health and hygiene. After many ups and downs, we in frITid have finally managed to arrange our next special event, namely archery at LindomeBK! Since it is a somewhat limited arr in terms of amount of people, we will release the sign-up sheet tomorrow at 12:00 in the slack channel #allmänt.

Location: Lindome Archery Club, Norra Hällesåkersvägen 60 Lindome
Transport: More info to come, we will arrange some form of transport from Chalmers which will probably leave the campus around 17:15
Materials: Indoor shoes and please avoid large baggy clothes or clothes with details (things a bow string can get caught in). The same goes for the hair, if you have long hair it can be good to have it up so that the bow string doesn't get caught and pulled in the hair!

Do you think shuffleboard is fun, would you like to know more about what a consultant does and what Cygni offers?
