Disclamer: swedish documents
Since the student division primarily operates in swedish we are sad to say that these documents will not be avaliable in English.
--EDIT: (Changed location from HA1 to HC4)
18:01 on Thursday the 23rd of February this study periods student division meeting will be in HC4. Related slack channel is #sektionsmöte on the CTHIT slack workspace.
Most of the documents for the meeting are avaliable below through various links which will be updated if needed.
We in MötespresidIT and styrIT will try to be as pedalogical as possible with what happens during the meeting, but it's possible that we might miss something and in the end it's up to each section member to know what applies to a student division meeting.
Therefore, there is a manual to student division meetings, which we recommend that you read. Rules for the student division meeting can also be read, and are determined, in the regulations, at page five and forward. If anything still is unclear during the student division meeting it's of course okay to raise your hand and ask.
As a division member, you can have free food before the meeting by signing up before Sunday 19th February 23:59. Food will be served outside HC4 before the meeting at 17.30. The signup form can be found at https://forms.gle/M3uAej11wTevdRKr6.
The preliminary agenda is avaliable in its entirety here.
This will be the primary topics.
Nominations can be found here..
Nominations for DatE-IT can be found here.
Suggestions from the divisions members are called motions. If any such has been sent to styrIT (at the latest 7 study days before the meeting), they will be listed here together with styrITs answer to them.
Suggestions from styrIT are called propositions.
A question that must be answered by styrIT on the division meeting.
Not applicable
Messages from people/groups with right of expression on the division meeting.
At the start of the operational year, committees must explain to the division meeting how they plan to act during the coming year. This is accomplished with an operational plan with accompanying budget. These are listed below.
Previous years committees must provide an operational as well as an economic story that is supported by the divisions auditors to be considered finished with their work.
Internal review of the divisions operational work.
