It’s time for the next friday event with frITid! This time we will be in Fjäderborgen playing badminton! The activity is a bit shorter, only 1 hour instead of 2 but will be at least as good anyway! If you have your own racket that you are happy to play with, you can bring it, otherwise we will have the opportunity to borrow rackets there.

For those of you who want to go together to Fjäderborgen, we will meet outside Hubben at 15:00, otherwise 15:20 directly there. The sauna and pool are ready after the acitivity, so for those who want, we go back to Chalmers together.

Hey There!

The Aspning will soon start! This means that the election periods for various committees and associations will begin and you will have the opportunity to "test" how workload och task of each committe. Later, there will be an election at the student division meeting or the respective association's annual meeting.

In order to clear up as many uncertainties and ambiguities as possible, we in ValleB, in collaboration with the rest of the associations / committees at IT, are setting up an Engagement Fair. :D

On Sunday the 17th of October, it's time for a special event with frITid 21/22! Are you eager to fly away among the trees in a 170 meter long zipline, swing in ropes and climb in nets? Then this is for you! On Sunday the 17th of October, it's time to go to the High Adventure in Partille. Afterwards we’ll eat some food outside and having a good time together. Hello!! Two cool but poorly known groups that will be elected for in the student division meeting LP1 are The bachelor dinner group and the * Anniversary Dinner *. These two groups have similar goals, to hold a nice fancy dinner.

On Tuesday lunch next week, LP(Bachelor Dinner group) and Vidde(Bachelor Dinner group / Anniversary Dinner group) will have a Question and Cookie session in Hubben 2.1.

Bachelor dinners
Organizes an fancy dinner for the student who that is now finishing its candidate. Due to Corona, there were no dinners for IT17 or IT18 so there is room to arrange more than just one bachelor dinner or to have several groups planning bachelor dinners in paralell.

Anniversary dinners
Every 3 years, an alumni dinner is arranged where students and alumni of the Software student division are all invited to a large fancy dinner. Now this would have been appropriate for IT's 20th anniversary last spring, however due to Corona, it unfortunately come to be and the previous yearfs group only have a plan to show for their work.

Language

The primary language of the IT student division is Swedish and as such the student division meeting and relevant documents will primarily be in Swedish as well. If you have any questions feel free to send them our way at styrit@chalmers.it.
